UNEXPECTED MATH CLASS

Today at playtime Adrian decided to build an animal with a very long tale, as it was really long I decided to try a measuring activity with the kids. I asked them "How many kids do you think we will need to cover this line?" They said: " 20, 1000..." so we checked.

So some kids laid on the floor and we discovered that we only needed three.

 Then, Lucia decided to help Adrian creating a bigger line:

 I asked them again and this time they said more accurate numbers : 5, 7, 10....
we discovered that we needed 4 kids this time.
